We have taken car loan from Mahindra finance tenure was 36 months we have paid 32 and 4 is remaining, they are abusing us hence we have pledge my wife chain and arranged the money for 4 emi now they have added interest and cheques bouce asking us to pay please help us how to go about this my husband is a driver.
A.Dear Sir,
You may get issue a legal notice and file a counter case against them for unnecessarily making issues and adding interest and filing false cheque bounce cases.
