Notice Period and early reliving of a Firm
2 years ago
I gave 2 months notice period to my company and 1 month of buyout for 3 months notice period. I had completed all my work in advance and then I asked them to curtail my notice period by a week for my some personal work. They harassed me for it and asked me to leave the firm immediately just to satisfy my HOD's ego and asked me to pay buyout more than 1 month till the date they had asked me to leave. This is pure employee harassment.
A.Dear Sir,
You can relieve from the Company and express your intention to pay for non working notice period days.

A.Hi,
You can write a complaint at the district consumer forum and they will resolve it. It is recommended to see the offer letter for the notice period and if you have fulfilled the set criteria then, you can legally leave the company.
Thank you.
