Problem in marriage

My wife left my home 1 year back after fights, after going to her parents home she along with her parent is framing false charges of physical assault, domestic violance and one sidedly blaming my parents and siblings for the same in meeting done in presence of mediator. Her parents are provoking her for all this.
Her parents only intention is to enter into my house and have relation with me to which I will not accept at any cost. My questions are
1. I am ready for living with my wife but with condition that her parents can't visit my house at any cost, but my wife can go and meet her any place outside my house. Can her parents forcefully enter my house in the name of meeting his girl ?
2. Since her parents are questioning around my sex life, can I counter this by asking the terms and conditions in details about having sexual relationship(timing, frequency, type etc.) in the future if compromise is going to happen.

In the first point whatever you suggest, you can keep it as your condition. Regarding second point you can do whatever betteer for your side

Ans: You have to file Restitution of Conjugal Rights under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act seek Courts intervention to impose such conditions.

Ans: You may permanently restrain or parents from entering into your house by filing a separate suit called suit for permanent injunction as they cannot impose and question about your private life with your wife.
