Can a non advocate person be a owner of a Proprietor of a law firm in the legal manner ? and in the name of a non advocate law firm can he advertisement or publish " Advocate & Solicitors ?

Yes, if he is not a lawyer by profession and not practicing regularly then he can advertise and even recently the Bar council of India has relaxed some conditions in respect of advertisement by Advocates.

Non-advocates can also be a proprietor of a law firm. However, they can not represent the firm in court. They can advertise or publish " advocate & Solicitors " as they are working under the capacity of the firm and not on personal limits.
