Repair of phone
I had a OnePlus 6 which I was using for 2.8 years. A few months back the device display stopped working, I sent the device to their service center they asked 8.1k to replace the display. I paid for it and replaced the display, but 1.5 months from that my device stopped working again, now the service center says motherboard problem and that I have to pay 16-17k again to replace it. The device was 35k, along with this display change I paid 43.1k, now if I pay 16k more then I've spent almost 60k. Also, the device died with an error and the same error is being faced by a lot of people, as I checked forums. The problem is I paid 8.1k for display just for 1.5 months. Is there any legal way I can at least get a refund or partial refund for display? Oneplus said they can't help and only the display is on warranty for 3 months. Any help, please?

you are eligible for a refund you paid on display so you will have to approach the district consumer forum and write a complaint explaining your situation. If this is not resolved, then another option could be to send a legal notice to claim back the amount.
Thank you
A.Dear Sir,
You may get issue a legal notice and if issue is not resolved approach Consumer Forum claiming huge compensation.
