hello,
my slef Ramya .my sister is an undergraduate she sent her aadhaar card to online data entry (form filling) website.she don't know about the company is genuine or fake.they assigned her to compleat in 5 days but due her health issue she cant able to complete that work. but now they are demanding to pay 6490 as portal charge else they are telling they will proceed for legal notice.please help us to find the solution for this.

First you have to make clear whether the company is genuine or not which can be checked on Ministry of Corporate Affairs website through its registration number. In case, the company is fake you can file an FIR against that company. Because a genuine company understand the condition of employee and do not take lump sum amount as fine from employee. In case you served with a legal notice check the background of a lawyer as there are chances of fraud.
