we are a budding startup and it's not registered but we wish to hire interns to help us with social media. can we issue then a certificate of completion of internship and lor if yeah and should it be signed by cofounders?

A.Dear Client,
There is NO such rules which specify registration as the condition for hiring interns. Every firm registered or non- registered can hire interns and issue them certificate for their work.

A.Yes you can hire interns and they can be provided certificate at the end of there term with your organization and it should be signed by the founder and co-founder. Thank you.
