I did a upi transaction a few days back. The app says transaction is successful but the merchant has not received the money. Now neither my bank nor the app is helping me out with my money.

A.Dear Sir,
You may get issue a legal notice threatening to approach Banking Ombudsman or file consumer case for compensation.

A.Dear Client,
You may draft a complaint with your concerned bank. Generally, in a default transaction, the money takes 5-7 days to be transferred into your account. Let us know if you require any further assistance.
