I am from Maharashtra and I have an employment bond case in Karnataka. I can not go there for the case. What will happen if I do not go?

If you can not for the summons or the future proceedings, then the case will continue in the name of ex parte proceedings and will move even if you aren't there but the judgement will be binding on you.
