Agriculture land dharani status

We are planning to buy agriculture land of 1 acre but the status in dharani is shown as "Not signed transfer of survey number from one khata to another khata". What does this mean and what effect it will have incase we purchase the land. Can we do registration with this status. Most of all should we consider buying this property
