Employee statement on stamp

Sir I am working in one christian charity trust since 2011. Recently our board have decided to to get filled a written statement for commitments from every employee of our department. We are in this denomination for 10 years working as a full time ordained minister. My question is Can they demand us to write our commitment statement on stamp mandatory??????

A.Dear Client,
Your employer can not demand you to write your commitment statement on a stamp. There are situations where an appointment letter or offer letter is made but it is always written on the side of the employer and the employee has to just sign it.
