Sir, My laywer applied for anticipating bail , and in that it was told to have submittdthe bonds to the police station, so we did , but the police took the moles , and other detials like grand grand parents etc.. and finally arrested recorded in the system and took photos etc..., but this i procedure for ancipating bail ??? then why we need that bail, what about the arnesh kumar judgement then of SC if that is illegal arrest or some thing like how can i proceed on to take action on police can you pleae help its it urgent ?

A.Dear Sir,
You have to discuss the matter in person with any other advocate practicing in criminal law and get clear your doubts basing upon conditions imposed in the anticipatory bail. Normally, police cannot do like that.

I could have explained more if background is known to me. If background is made known in full then legal experts will be in position to understand correctly. Moreso, the background must be in brief.
