My wife is intentionally hiding her education qualification because she is post graduate.Instead she is blaming me for loss of her documents.What can be done to produce her documents.What is time limit for maintaince revision appeal.
A.Dear Sir,
Within 60 days you have to file revision petition from the date obtaining certified copies of order. You need not do anything and she can lodge a complaint about missing and get an endorsement and accordingly can get duplicate certificates from the concerned authorities.

A.Appeal can be filed within 30 days and more than that delay can be prayed to be condoned. You can file application before concerned Court to direct applicant for filing an affidavit by your wife disclosing true qualifications and also to produce copies of educational certificates thereof. Nowadays affidavit of assets and liabilities is also compulsorily to be filed by both the parties in divorce cases according to Hon'ble Supreme Court judgement.

You can get your wife's documents from her previous college and school by contacting the respected authorities. In case the board mark-sheet you have to follow the procedure ask by the school for contacting the respective board authorities.
