Want to complaint a letter in transport department

An employee of transport department using his official position to get my home address using my vehicle number without my knowledge and forward it to 3rd party, i have call recording as evidence that the accused person clearly accepting.

Yes, he has abused his official possession and misused by sharing to third party.

A.You can make a complaint to department and/or to the law enforcing agency also.However your facts and circumstances are not clear enough to advice next course of action. Thanks n regards

A.Dear Client,
You can use those evidence and file complaint of that person with the concerned authorities in your office and in case office authorities did not take nay step you can send him legal notice or file a case against that person for breach of privacy.
