Sir pl tel me how can an expat be arrested coming to India.on. the ground of having money in his bank account .

A.Dear Sir,
You need to disclose more about the history of lodging complaint etc. Police have vast powers to arrest any person even without registering FIR on suspicious grounds. Please approach any advocate practicing on criminal side and try to get bail immediately.

I could have explained more if background is known to me. If background is made known in full then legal experts will be in position to understand correctly. Moreso, the background must be in brief.
