My society is adjusting payments made by me first towards interest payable and balance if any left towards principle maintenance charges.
Whereas some body told it is simple interest hence society first adjust principle amount .
Kindly advise

A.Dear Client,
The Civil Court will make a decision on his case. The Society appears to be following the approach used by bankers when deciding on home loans. Let us know if you require any further clarifications.
Thank you!

A.Dear Sir,
This question will be decided by the Civil Court. The Society seems adopting the procedure which is being adopted by Bankers in adjudicating house loans.

I could have explained more if background is known to me. If background is made known in full then legal experts will be in position to understand correctly. Moreso, the background must be in brief.

Please give me FIVE STAR if satisfied by my answers.
