My borther seperated from us and we have one own house and my parents want to name it in my name as my brother will no longer take care of them.What is the legal process???

A.Dear Sir,
If it is your parents self acquired house property then they can give that property to you by executing the Will or a Gift Deed etc.

I could have explained more if background is known to me. If background is made known in full then legal experts will be in position to understand correctly. Moreso, the background must be in brief.

A.Dear Client,
Your father can transfer the property in your name through a gift deed as transfer of immovable property to son is considered as gift. As per transfer of property act, a person gifting property need to sign a registered document (gift deed).
