Not serving notice period

Sir I joined in bajaj finserv in August 23rd 2021 and my training period is one month within 23 days I resigned my job on September 16th due to personal harrasment by my senior manager he continuosly used un professional language and abusive language in local language about me and my family so I quited I mentioned that in my resignation reason I personally complained to hr and my superior they didn't take any action after my complaint they removed me from all official communication my superior tolds me to not deal with any official communication your relieved from today go anywhere else but after that 29th October I received mail they marked me as absconded from organization but I clearly mentioned I'm not absconded I were removed from all official communication from group I'm willing to work notice period they terminated me after that now they sended notice serving notice period recovery but they have hold my past month salary what can I do sir I have mail conversations and call recording of my conversation with hr and management
You can file a case in Employment and labour court for claiming your salary or you can file a civil suit in district court as well for recovery of salary and removal of word absconded.
