Regarding Not attending case Regarding Not attending case

Sir, please reply me it's urgent..
Sir, in lower court we have won OS case and again plantiff filed case names as RA(Regular appeal) in higher court and case is running from 3 years. Our lawyer told us that it is not necessary to come to court and I will handle it, so we don't attend case on it's date continuously without any knowledge. I also have a reason to not to attend case on time as my son is schizophrenia patient who is violent and always trying for suicide, so I'm not abled to attend my case during second appeal as RA. Even my lawyer is absent for case. Now I come to know about that case is about to JUDGEMENT, now I'm getting tension that whether case is going to be in favour of plantiff(my opponent)????? Or I have any chance for my arguments?
Please give me solution sir, it's very urgent for me as I don't have time..

A.Dear Sir,
Normally, the Advocates take care of RA as presence of parties is not required. But, see that your lawyer attend the Court and advance arguments or get file written arguments on your behalf.

I could have explained more if background is known to me.

Please give me FIVE STAR if satisfied by my answers.

A.Dear Client,

You can also track the status of your case by visiting the relevant HC website and entering your case number, year of filing, petitioner name, and kind of case (CWJC, for example). Let us know if you require any clarifications.
Thank you!

A.Dear Client ,
Generally in high court no need to attend on every date ,who filed as petitioner. Hence, petitioner's lawyer appears and do argument in the case on fixed date, ofcourse you may go and watch hus arguments by consulting ur advocate, who will make ur pass to go inside court. Further , in High Court cases are listed on given fixed date , if pending for some reasons then mentioned be done by councils to hear the case.
You can also watch and know about the status of ur case by going on concerned HC site , and by putting ur case number , year of filing , also by petitioner ame , Types of case eg. CWJC, Etc.
Thanks
