1.Can My mother sale her this property? 2. Brothers oy my mother can create any objection? 3.They are demand identified the area, which belongs in the my mother purchase portions.(they demanded Partion or Bantan Nama). 4.We reply my party (ready to purchase from my mother) willing Bantan nama instead of my mother,but they are not agree.Is it possible they are do this?

A.To give opinion, it is necessary to scrutinize your mother's Purchase Deed for its terms and conditions. It is obvious that your mother has purchased undivided share from her uncle and until and unless your mother takes appropriate steps immediately, her brothers can take injunction and status quo from the Court of Law to stop such sale.
