Regarding enquiry about the existence of a lawyer

A lawyer named Minhaz Patel with registration no 2203/2016 claiming that he is a lawyer from nunpur, Surat Gujarat and is harassing by threatening he will send court notice if I won't pay 7600 .But I found on internet that lots of people are facing the same issue from the same lawyer regarding online jobs. Please advise me how can I find whether he is real or fake

A.his district court bar council and state bar council will provide you advocate all details. If he is not an advocate then bar council diciplinary committee will take action and he will be punishable under cheating in personem .

A.You have access to net and can find out the address of disciplinary committee of Gujarath State Bar Council. Write this complaint to that address and appear to give witness when called. Also mobilise other people who sufferred at his hands.

A.Check it with the state bar council amd make a written complaint to the secretary there

A.Check the Bar Council website of Gujarat and the Bar association website of Surat. Or else write a letter to the Bar Council of Gujarat asking about his credentials mentioning the reason.
