My Employer not giving me salary as per the offer letter

Dear sir ,
I am a employee of a paint company working as a Sales officer from last 4 months. They are not giving me salary as per offer letter also they are not giving my insensitive and TA and blackmailing to kick me out ..I have 3 kids and I left my previous job and left the city living on rent only to work with the current company . kindly help

you can first complain in the district consumer forum. If this does not help settle it then you can send a legal notice for breaching the terms of the offer letter and even claim compensation by filing a suit.
