Validity of One and same person affidavit
2 years ago
My name in 10th class and 12th class marksheets is just my "First Name", but in my degree certificate my name is written as per the standard format of university i.e. "Last Name/First Name/Father Name/Mother Name". So my question is will the One and same person affidavit work here ?
A.Dear Client,
Yes, it will work here, and you should obtain a First Class Judicial Magistrate Affidavit from your local jurisdiction, which will assure that you will not have any problems in the future when providing your information. Let us know if you require any further clarification.
Thank you!
