our commitee has been dissolved by joint registrar of cooperative housing socities on a single member complaint, on 7th june 2021, after subsequent hearings he has reserved the order. but till date he has not issued the order even after a few mambers intervening also, is there any time limit on the registrar to issue this order

A.I don't think that there is any time limit prescribed for passing the order by the Registrar. In case he is not doing it and unnecessarily stretching it then you move the High Court under Article 227 of the Constitution to get an order directing the Registrar to finish it off.
