Respected lawyer's, we have filed a petition in Family court, Hyderabad in 2020 with full evidences & lawyer also appointed. we are Military family and we have been cheated by girls parents who didn't disclose the mental illness, pcod and on-going treatments at the time of marriage. Their parents bigtime liars, scams, fraud also smartly managed 1st year giving fake stories to avoid Annulment. They want to escape whenever asked to take care, Myself regularly had to passout at office, left job (unemployed) and showed fully in the Nimhans which was later told by psychiatry that she has this suicidal, killing, harming thoughts given shock therapy, admitted, all things done doctor's said she can't go for pregnancy, tablets should be taken through the life running Emergency ward every now and then almost 2 years like this so we filed the case it's showing now status as Filing counter only they are not coming at all to court time is getting wasted only getting dates whenever going to court. Kindly advice what to do for speeding up the case?

A.What case have you filed? is it a divorce case? If yes then consult your lawyer who should take action to move the petition fast. Ask him the reason why the case is lingering and not moving ahead. Since the Covid-19 is kind of over and the courts have started functioning normally the case should move fast.
