A.Dear Client,
It is possible in a joint property that is for sale to get signed by the different partners at different times when they can not reach on the same date as long as they all do before the date of registration in the sub-registrar office.
Thank you.

A.In Joint property Sale, before presenting the document before the Registrar, all the parties have to put their signatures( may be signed by them at different time and place) on that Sale Deed along with their Photo- Fingerprinting sheets. On the date of Registration some of the Sellers along with the buyers have to present that Sale Deed before the Registrar for registration and the Registry Office will take their photographs , fingerprints, signature etc in electronic manner as per their norms and thereafter such registration will remain pending and within 120 days therefrom remaining Sellers and Buyers have to be present before the Registry Office for their photographs , fingerprints, signature etc in electronic manner and thereafter that property registration will be completed and Deed Number will be given.

A.Yes it is possible to sign the document at different times but all signatures must be concluded before the document is presented to the sub-registrar for registration process. And on the day of registration all need to be present for registration process.
