Need an Advocate to fight the case against my University for differential salary

ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ನೌಕರನಾಗಿದ್ದು, ನನ್ನದೇ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಬೇರೆ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ವೇತನ ಶ್ರೇಣಿ ಇದನ್ನು ಸರಿಪಡಿಸಲು ನಮ್ಮ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯ ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆ ನೀಡಿದರೂ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಬರೀ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆ ಮಾನದಂಡವಾಗಿ ವೇತನ ಶ್ರೇಣಿ ವ್ಯತ್ಯಾಸ ಸರಿಪಡಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಿದೆ. ಪರಿಹಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಿ. ಕಾನೂನಾತ್ಮಕ ಹೋರಾಟಕ್ಕೆ ಸಿದ್ದನಿದ್ದೇನೆ.

You may file case before concerned authority and get justice and better you approach Service Advocate that is Advocate who is exclusively practicing before Tribunals or High Court.
