Verbal Assault at Workplace

Is it ok to be accused of verbal assault where the lady is a friend/colleague and used to talk freely, but due to some misunderstanding she has lodged a written complaint? May have used words like "tu toh mera pyar hai bro" in a casual way of speaking. She was also cool with it and had easily smiled it off, may have said "yeh thoda zyada ho gaya" in a friendly way. She has cited 5 incidents out of which she may have proof of 1 incident.
A.That is your assumption and expectation that she could smiled away your comment but in a professional environment making any remarks which can be coloured as sexual will be covered under the POSH. And if she has the proof for even one then the ICC will be taking decision against you.
