Deemed to be university

I have done bachelor of commerce degree through Gitam deemed university in Andhra pradesh state and I m a resident of Telangana state.. is this degree a valid degree or invalid degree by law.. please help me in this particular matter coz I have opted for promotion by putting this degree in my organisation which is a PSU..

A.The question is why the degree should be invalid unless there is some kind of gazette notification or court order stating so. If you have your degree for other state university say. Delhi University then will that be considered invalid in Telangana. IF there is no rule/order/notification stating like that then it should be valid,.
