Q We have around 3+4 acres of agriculture land (on my Father and mother's name ) in 5.0 Registered.Sy Nos in district west godavri and state of Andhra pradesh, but it is not connected to any public road. There is no proper path to access public road which is approx ~60 meters away from our land. the other neighbor owners does not provide a passage towards our land so that we can drive tractor's or any other agricultural vehicle for cultivation purpose. we offering him out land in exchange of his small land or returns in terms of money for sake of accessibility but the owner is denying that too.
1 In our land we have Oil palm garden, we have to cut the bunches and transport the same to factory ASAP, So requires the path is mandatory
2 I have checked land records and it does not mention any road directly towards in to my land, but connected Same main Sy.Nos
Our's land Sy.Nos are 295/2B, 295/3, 295/5
3 But some Survey Nos having same ancesters and main Sy.No is same and sub divisons are different i.e; 295/1, 295/2A,2B,2C,2C1,2D 295/3, 295/4, 295/5 etc
4 So please suggest how to proceed to get mandatory injunction order and followed by a legal path
5 Is it any possibility to get a path from revenue department or District collectorate
