My father was working as a Armed Force, this year he got retired from services, now can i appeal for COMPENSATION GROUND service under his designation as he served for 38 years for ASSAM POLICE, am i eligible for it??

A.Dear Client,
If the regulations allow, you can apply normally; nevertheless, such a servant's employment will be given to his legal heirs upon his death. Let us know if you require any other clarifications.

A.Dear Sir,
If rules permits you can apply normally only upon the death of such servant job will be given to his legal heirs.

A.I think you meant service on COMPASSIONATE GROUND. Once your father has retired then you are not eligible to seek service from his organization where he was working on compassionate grounds. It works only when the person is on the job.
