Probation Resignation
I have resigned during my probation period and in my contract nowhere it is written that i have to serve this number of days during notice period but from my end i requested for 15 days notice period but now company is forcing me to do it for 30 days.
A.Dear Sir,
There is no problem if you resign and put your papers. The only risk factor in this case is to pay for 30 days non working period and it is considered as notice period.

A.Dear client,
Unless the contract or the offer letter has specified that the notice period is only 30 days, your HR can not force you to work by giving a 30 days notice period.
Thank you. Have you nice day.

A.If your contract says that you have to serve the notice period for 30 days and you have agreed for it then you should honour that and serve those days else ask your HR to accept money in lieu of the notice period which you can pay and get released.
