I have purchased a land from broker and broker sale the property of dead landlord with fake identies . now original landlord's son have filed a case against broker and me . what will be the legal action against me.

A.Dear Sir,
You are a bonafide purchaser and not involved in that scam. You may tell the same to the Police or approach High Court to get quash FIR if any against you.

A.Dear Client,
A legal opinion cannot be made until the case records are examined and the actual allegations are understood. It's also important to determine whether or not the broker had a registered Power of Attorney to sell that property.

A.Until and unless the case records are scrutinized and actual allegations be known, legal opinion cannot be given. It is also necessary to know whether that broker had any registered Power of Attorney in his favour to sell that property or not. What sort of fake identities are associated in this matter. Relevant facts are required to be known to suggest legal remedy.
