False complaint on some one in my name from police

Hi sir, I and my friend met with an accident. he was riding a bike and I sat behind in two weeler, after the accident he was injured and l also injured, but police filed the FIR on my friend through my name misusing my signature while we are in hospital. please help me that how to deal with this case.

Better to close the case because you can make issues with police as they may take it as their prestige.

You will have to first approach the police station and state the facts to the police officer stating facts. Later, with this, they can quash the FIR if you decide on it.
