My parents had expired about 35 years ago. Somebody made mutation on agricultural land in my parent's name in 2017 and obtained khatha's. Is it not illegal and What should I do?

A.Dear client,
It is necessary to know more details on how they have made mutation on that agricultural land and obtained khatha and if there is any will involved or any kind of interest. You can approach the court claiming the ownership of the land as you are the legal heir.
Thank you.
