I am staying in SRA Rehab Building, Builder has given Part OC to society and now Society charging maintenance from member. Whereas electricity and Water connection is on Builder name. it is not transferred on Society name. Security Guard and house keeping is maintained by builder.
Can member is liable to maintenance to society in view of partial OC . Because everything is in builder name.

It all depends upon consent of other members of the Society and resolutions passed to that effect.

Whatever is in the builder name limits the scope of the liability of the members. As the builder has given part OC to society, the society can charge members for maintenance and the members can be liable to the society only to this extent.
