Grandfather wrote a will allocating one property each for his children. Based on the allocation, 3 children wrote wills of their own before their demise.
The grandfather's will is now being processed for probation. Will the wills written by the 3 children become valid after probate of the grandfather's will is complete

A.Dear Sir,
First probate proceedings are to be completed and the question of Wills executed by three sons does not come into picture until they die.

A.Dear client,
If your grandfather's will is processed for probate and is then deemed valid, it does not mean that your wills can be deemed valid after probate. This is because a probate can only be done 7 days after a testator's death and cannot be done during your lifetime.
Thank you.

A.It is necessary to scrutinize the Will of the grandfather as well as the Wills of his three children to analyze the legal implications. To give opinion it is necessary to scrutinize the documentary evidences.
