A person has a DV case filed on him and the base of the dv case is a reference of another cyber case where the cyber case is still goin on and no outcome is decided yet. is there any law that allows a person to mention another ongoing case or there is a law that does not permit anyone to refer or mention an ongoing case to gain leverage on another case. thank you

There is no law prohibiting you from doing this. So, you can use it if you wish but usually ongoing cases will not be accepted as the case is still running and it can affect the final decree of the current case.
