Data Entry Legal Notice Data Entry Legal Notice

I applied for a data entry job in which i have to complete 500 forms in 5 days , i did that and then said that you opened your account in a mobile phone rather than laptop so you have to pay fees to repair your account or otherwise they will take legal action , i paid it. Then they say that you have mde mistakes more than stated in your work so if you want to correct them then you have to pay fees that is refundable after you get your salary or otherwise they will take legal action. They have sent me legal notice through mail. What should i do? How do i know it's genuine or not?

A.Dear client,
The claims the company seems to be bringing you against you seem bogus. You can file a complaint in the police station against them if they continue to harass you. However, if there were terms in their company policy stating that you couldn't use your personal electronic items for professional use, then there may be an issue. Please look at the terms and conditions of the company and act accordingly, i.e., if you have acted wrongly then you can consult a lawyer.
Thank you.

A.It seems that you are a victim of online cyber fraud.
1) Which was the website and does the company have their own website ?
2) Who recommended you for this online work?
3) Where do you stay?
4) Do you have any contact details of which person you spoke to you for the contract work ?
5) Did you sign any type of Contract or Agreement with the company?
6) Most of these types of companies are fraud? They will just keep demanding money & reject your work.
7) As now they have sent you the legal notice or may send through email there is a high chance that they may file a case against you. It will be always better if you send a legal notice by a Lawyer to the company for their false claim and mental harassment for you.
8) Also make sure that you are recording all the phone Calls which they have been calling you for money?
9) If possible we can help you to file a complaint to cyber crime office in your area if they are sending you continuous messages & emails for the payments.
