How to get a bail How to get a bail

One of my friend is been stuck in a case dv act, with multiple other charges along with IT 67, it's been 5 years the case was filed by his wife but he never attended a single hearing cos of the life threat by his wife's family. He is been struggling to lead a life along with his mother... He' was humiliated way too much back then, fearing that he never attended the case. Now the court has issued an arrest warrent. What is the best way he could come out, cos he is the only source for his mother and she is completely dependent... Will he be getting a bail immediately??

A.Dear client,
I cannot definitively state whether or not your friend will receive a bail. However, if he were to prove that his mother is financially dependent on him and if he is the sole earner then that may lead to a higher chance of him receiving bail.
Thank you.

A.Yes, he can get the bail immediately by following the guidelines of the court & also the lawyer must have proper knowledge to get the bail done..... If bail is not granted from lower courts then you can move to sessions court & then high court. You have not mentioned from which city you are looking for bail.

A.Dear Sir,
It being a family case your friend will get bail if he surrenders before the concerned Court and files bail application and get NBW recalled.

A.Dear client,
He can file for bail for the arrest warrant issued and this is possibly the only way out as of now. You can get depending on the judge but if you show the desperate situation of your mother then it can be granted as soon as possible.
Thank you.
