Hello sir/madam our shop is in Chamu, jaipur (Rajasthan) Anaj Mandi. There are three partners in this shop. My father's age is 80, his memory is also weak. My father wants to do that shop in my name but the other two stakeholders are against it. I got the share of the shop from my father in my name, but when I went to the mandi , the mandi's secretary said that you have to take the consent of both the other shareholders, only then you will be able to become a shareholder of that shop. The other two stakeholders refused to consent agreement. What should I do now that that shop should be transferred to me from my father?

A.Dear Client,
Your father can make a gift deed in your favour and you will become the ultimate owner of the shop. The gift deed is possible when the shop is bought by your father in his name and not a ancestral property.
Thank You.
