Membership revoked due to my misunderstanding and no refund policy

I had taken a library membership which they have revoked due to my misunderstanding. I started going from 1st April to 5th April but on 6th April, I could not go to the library because of lockdown restrictions in Mumbai. The library was closed from 6th April and reopened on 7th June but I could not travel due to severe health issues. They gave me extension till August 31st but I told them I was not able to travel by August as I had a surgery. They exteded till 31st December 2021. So I went to the library on 31st October and on 1st Nov, they informed me that I will have to utilize my balance till 24th Novemeber 2021, however I thought it was unfair as they informed me on email that I can utilize the balance untill 31st December 2021 so I assumed it can be any random 24 days. So I replied to their message out of frustration that it was mean and that they were scamimg me. It was actually my misunderstanding and I apologized them later but they revoked my membership based on my chat without a second chance. I begged them to reconsider my membership for 24 consecutive days as per their terms and conditions or atleast allow me the next 10 days but they denied saying that there are no seats now and they are not going to entertain me anymore. There is no refund policy.
Please let me know if any legal action can be taken in this matter considering the above scenario…Does the library have the rights to hold such authority as to revoke the membership due to a misunderstanding which was later apologised for…?
You have to look in the terms and condition that what are the points on which membership can be revoked and if your membership is not revoked under those terms then you can claim it back legally from library.
