In the year 2010-11 I bought land in Solan on which i constructed a 4 storeyed building which till date is under construction. Till the FY 2013-14 I had spent 67 lakhs on it including the cost of land. Now I want to sell this under construction property . Will the profit arising out of this sale be considered short term or long term
