I want to buy agricultural land adjacent to highway. I want to know if it will have any limitations regarding reselling or compensation in case of acquisition by the government

A.There is no such limitation when the government is acquiring your land for a project or any other purpose. As the laws you shall get a rightful compensation for your land as and when the right time comes for the same. You ensure that you acquire the property legally and get the ownership transferred to your name.

A.Dear client,
In case the government wants to acquire your land, there will be limitations if the government wants to acquire your land as the government compensation may be higher than the original amount.
