I have ordered an Autoblow AI from USA to India

I have ordered an Autoblow AI from USA to India, Autoblow , the item is currently being shipped through USPS (United state postal service) costing around 200 USD.
The item looks like a square box and hardly looks like a sex toy. and is packed in a plane package without non obscene packaging.
I have query if the item goes through customs or not, if not why doesn't it go through. There are several websites in India who sell the same product at a very higher cost, if they can import the product to India why not an retail customer do it?
Kindly advice.

A.You need to ask the Custom whether this will be cleared though custom or not. no one other than customs gave the discretion to allow or to stop. Yes whenever they come to know that the shipped material is banned then they will confiscate and issue a showcause notice to you.
Whosoever is selling in India the banned product (if it is) then they are committing a crime. If you wish you can raise your voice against them in a court of law else the authorities will look into that.

The product may go through customs. This is not a definitive answer since it may be an arbitrary checking. As for the importing of the product, there are businesses/companies who may important certain items because they have taken prior permissions to do so, which you as a customer haven't. These companies do their due diligence before buying imported items.
