Planning to buy apparent which is holder of NRI ( As of now in UK ) more than 6 years he is staying out of india.
This NRI will give SPA to his father so that he will register/sell the property.

1) They are saying that once agreement is done will apply for TDS as per agreement and will get TDS certification on my name.

2) Once got the TDS certification will go for registration as per agreement and TDS .


If I pay the TDS , Am I have any issues in future.

do we need to know any more points on this TDS process.


I think his father needs to sign on Agreement after he got SPA .

Please let me know on this issue.

if property value is 1 core then , for which amount they need to apply for TDS.

Seller saying they will TDS certificate @ 1 percent as per their debts/credits.

Do we need to know any more on this TDS part .
