Date of birth correction

I have Birth certificate and passport with same date. Rest of the educational documents and pan vard adhar card with diff birth of date
My employer asking me for travel how should i overcome to this problem
I checked with passport and asked to correct it with all educational documents they said they cant change after 5 years & change your educational documents
For educational certificates they said after one year they cant change dob on certificate
Please advise or should i go to court and get the order. Or this is end i will never ever travel internationally ?

You have to approach Court which is time consuming anyway you can try for it.

A.Dear client,
You can try getting your educational certificates changed again by showing them your birth certificate. You can try approaching the authorities such as the education board and if they do not agree then you can try getting a court order. However, as far as travelling internationally is concerned, you may not require your educational certificates for the same. Please look into that as well.
