A.Dear Sir,
As per the Bank circulars you have to produce legal heir certificate and one of the legal heir may be authorised to receive such amount as there is no nomination.

A.Succession Certificate lene ka liye Civil Court (jiski jurisdiction mein aapka father ka dehant hua tha or aapka father rahte the) Succession Case file karna parhega aapko, father ki death certificate, unki identity proofs aur aapki identity proofs, aapki father ka LIST OF MOVABLE ASSETS, list of legal heirs and heiresses of your father include karke. Aapki father ki jo jo legal heirs and heiresses hain aapki mother ko leke sabhi ko Court ki process bhejna hoga . Uska baad procedural steps follow karke evidence adduced hone ka baad jab SUCCESSION CERIFICATE issue hoga toe Succession Certificate bank pe submit karna hoga amount disburse karne ka liye.

A.Dear Client,
A handwritten application form informing the bank about the death of the account holder. A copy of the death certificate of the account holder. A copy of valid ID proof of the deceased must be provided with self-attested documents by the surviving account holder.
Thank You.

A.You can enquire in the bank. Usually such processes may differ from bank to bank but generally a prescribed form is need to be filled with Affidavit from all the legal heirs if stamp paper of Rs 100 or 500 to be Notarized and NoC etc of such legal heirs who do not wish to earn any share from the same and necessary documents such as death certificate of the fathe etc will be need to be attached with the form but you will have to check the accurate process from the same bank branch by meeting the manager or other concerned official of that branch of the bank. Thank you.
