I met with an accident and the friend of mine(pillion) died due to head injury in accident. Charges on me- 279, 304a and mv act 184 My friends family summoned and filed Case against me in court for u sec 166 mv act. And asked for compensation from me and insurance company. And need to appear in court on specified date. Please guide how to proceed further from my side.

Yes, you have to engage advocate in both the cases otherwise as there is death of one person you will be convicted. Also compensation may be awarded and you must not believe the insurance company since it may say that policy conditions were violated as such it is not liable to pay the compensation.
