I was posted at project site Mumbai on 13.09.2021 vide officer order and I am employee of BEL Ghaziabad and has to report to BEL-Ghaziabad to Sr.DGM (PA-DCCS) from Mumbai.Since I am still on the rolls of BEL-Ghaziabad ,my ID card cum punching card is de-activated and cannot able to perform my duties in BEL-Ghaziabad. This created interference in access of my place of work at Ghaziabad and coercive action by management.

A.Dear Sir,
You may file representation before Higher Authorities and they may resolve your issues going legally may hit your services and false allegations may be made against you and you may lose your job also.

A.Dear Client,
If the organisation refuses to cooperate with you and you are being accused of disciplinary actions, you might consider initiating legal action against them and presenting your case to the authorities. Service issues must be handled with care, and employees must cooperate.

A.If the organization is not cooperating with you and you are being charged with any disciplinary acts then you too can think of taking legal action to counter them and put your stand in front of the authorities. Service matters are to be handled in diligent manner and they should cooperate.
